The manufacture of rollers using natural or synthetic rubber (SBR,
NBR, EPDM, CR, CSM,…), with a hardness range from 40 to 90º ShA.
The wide variety of materials used guarantees suitability for all kinds
of applications: abrasion resistance, stability versus liquids,
resistance to high temperatures, mechanical resistance...
Rollers are manufactured by extrusion and are
vulcanised in an autoclave, with the possibility of
various finishes.
Applications in the following industries:
