RubberProfiles by extrusionMolded articlesCoating of rollers

CAUCHOS PUNTES has the means and capable human resources to satisfy our customers' needs for manufacturing rubber articles and roller coatings. We have modern machines available (extruders, compression presses, injection presses...) that guarantee the reliability of our manufacturing processes:

- Roller coating
- The manufacture of profiles by extrusion
- The manufacture of moulded rubber articles
  by compression
- The manufacture of moulded rubber articles
  by injection

In addition to these Manufacturing Divisions, there is an INSERT AND ROLLER CLEANING Division, which thus guarantees the perfect preparation of the metal surface for manufacturing rubber-metal articles.

Our engineers and technicians, together with our laboratory facilities and equipment, allow us to provide the appropriate solutions to your problems, thereby designing materials that meet your requirements. More than 40 years of experience allow us to offer a wide range of articles for various industrial sectors:

Automotive, vehicle manufacturing and transport materials, construction and public works, mechanical industry, mining, graphic arts, other sectors (chemicals, electricity, wood, paper, textiles, agriculture...)

All products are made using any of the current elastomers, and it is a part of our philosophy to use the material that best suits our customers' needs. Among the materials that we regularly use are the following:

Natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubbers (SBR), polybutadiene rubbers (BR), nitrile rubbers (NBR), ethylene-Propylene rubbers (EPDM), chloroprene rubbers (CR), chlorsulfonated polyethylene rubbers (CSM), silicone rubbers, fluorinated rubbers.

We have facilities available that use the most advanced technology which, together with the professionalism of our technicians, allow us to be at the cutting edge in the world of flexography. Our principal philosophy is close co-operation and trust between customer and supplier.

The coexistence of the flexography division and the rubber division at the same firm has enriched both divisions, whereby they both learn from and take advantage of the knowledge and methods of the other. Thus, for example, in-depth knowledge of polymers has helped us to understand the processes that occur when producing a photosensitive plate. We have likewise been able to take advantage of the productivity and quality concepts and schemes of the industrial processes and thus assimilate them into the graphic arts sector. This allows us to create processes that are increasingly distant from the "arts" and that are controlled at all times by perfectly identifiable and quantifiable variables.

All of this allows us to maintain consistent quality and price standards, thereby improving internally and allowing us to be more critical of the sometimes superficial fads of large firms.
Highlights of our business activities are the following:

- Prepress services (digitalisation, filming…)
- The processing of polymer plates for
  manufacturing flexography printing plates
- Sleeves for continuous prepress, laminators…
- Flexographic supplies
