CAUCHOS PUNTES has implemented a Quality Management System, which is certified in accordance with the UNE-EN-ISO-9001:2000 and PECAL-AQAP-120 standards.
Integrated into the Quality Department and as fundamental support, CAUCHOS PUNTES has its own laboratory with extensive means and qualified personnel.
This laboratory has devices that are capable of determining the majority of the most important properties of rubber, thereby guaranteeing the quality of all manufactured products.

* Tensile strength test: breaking and elongation load
* Tear strength
* Density determination
* Remaining deformation
* Abrasion resistance
* Resistance to ageing
* Rubber-metal adhesion strength
As a fundamental means for R&D, together with the laboratory, the existence of a Mixing Division must be highlighted. This Mixing Division has Banbury mixers and cylinders in order to make batch formulas at both an industrial and laboratory level. In this division, our technicians design the most appropriate rubber formulas for every application according to the requirements of each customer.
